1st Chance Scan?...

Does this App allow you to scan the regular barcode so you can see if your main numbers have won anything? Im not sure why there is so much excitement over the "2nd Chance" scanning if this feature is missing. Why should we have to find a store to scan these when we have smart phones? I buy tickets randomly and only one at a time, but Id like to be able to scan them from time to time and find the process of manually putting all the numbers really tedious.

Where is the scan for the 1st chance?
