This app used to work pretty good now it will no longer Focus to scan the barcodes so it is useless I uninstalled it and downloaded it again and it had the exact same problem can you give negative Stars

Had to change my password thrice just to find out my email and password still dont match. They do on the online site, just not this irrelevant ap

Scan to check your tickets value seems like a no brainer to me, but this app still doesnt have this feature, in spite of a few other states already having this feature their state lottery apps. The rest of what it has appears good, but the addition of the above feature would make this a great app. The recent addition of scanning second chance tickets is a welcome addition. The how to scan video doesnt seem to work anymore. Tried several times it starts to play but quits so soon after it starts I cant even press pause. A save password or stay logged in, for second chance would also be a welcome addition.

My opinion is that without being able to scan a ticket and see if you have a winning ticket its of little use.

Seems like it might be ok but lots of issues with password log in not working. Should have finger print login

This app may not be legit! This app needs some improvements I cant create an account again because I forgot the email I used when I made the account 3 months ago when in first downloaded this app and there is no option in the settings to make a new acc or a forgot email option just a password reset option that would be useless for people experiencing the same problem I am.it doesnt make sense to me being a software developer to add these common futures that ever app has including more.Hire more intelligible software developers please.

Wow what a difference!! I was manually entering my looooooser tickets before I saw this "app" advertised in a lottery retail store. No joke, I just scanned 70 tickets in less then 3 minutes!! If I were to manually input these tickets Id be sitting there for probably a good hour ...love it !!!!!!!

Does this App allow you to scan the regular barcode so you can see if your main numbers have won anything? Im not sure why there is so much excitement over the "2nd Chance" scanning if this feature is missing. Why should we have to find a store to scan these when we have smart phones? I buy tickets randomly and only one at a time, but Id like to be able to scan them from time to time and find the process of manually putting all the numbers really tedious. Where is the scan for the 1st chance?

The only thing worse than this app is the lack of improvements the California Lottery has made to schools.

Scanning of the 2nd chance plays is the best function but its horrible once you exit out of the app and having to resign it. Password should be saved or at least valid for 5mins while idling. A fingerprint scanner function would be better as its faster than entering in the password

The camera isnt focusing with the scan feature.

The app only works half the time and now it will not scan any scratchers. So frustrating!

The hit scan feature is great. And its convenient to have the draw game totals available at one click. But the app needs password smarts -- in my browser, I can save my password; why not here? And if thats not okay, then fingerprint support would work for many users.

Recent update has not fixed the issue! The APP crashes everytime I try to login to submit 2nd Chance Ticket. To replicate crash > Open calottery APP > Tap on hamburger meny (top left) > under 2nd Chance tab on Submit Tickets > enter email address > enter password > toggle or dont toggle the Remember Me switch (crashes either way) > Tab Sign In > APP Crashes. Ive closed the APP from the multitasking tray, Ive forced killed the APP (hold the sleep/wake button down until "slide to power off" appears and then let go of the sleep/wake button and hold down the home button until the APP force closes, and Ive rebooted my phone but the issue still reoccurs. iPhone 5 unlocked on T-Mobile

You end up entering all the tickets (scratchers and lottery) manually. The scanner never worked!

Was so excited to be able to scan my second chance tickets but app crashes every time I attempt to log in! I think I managed to enter 1 ticket! Beyond frustrated. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP.

App works great on my iPhone 6. Scans quickly and lets you continue to scan with just the press of a button. Scanned 64 tickets in just a few minutes. Will be playing the lotto mor now! Wish me luck!!!

Scan is horrible error pop us in multiple windows . Dont bother. Listen to the reviews

Luv the 2nd Chance Ticket Scanner. Please add fingerprint Touch-Id feature in future software release!
